Well it’s been a bit of a busy few weeks! Exeter & Kent shows followed by a couple of talks/presentations to groups of lovely ladies and a wonderful batch of patchwork & quilting beginners!! You know who you are ladies, Thursday evenings at Artycrafts in Wadebridge!
It’s been great fun meeting and talking to so many new faces, all (well most have been!) P&Q enthusiasts of many levels!……..helped along by my new assistant, Paul!! Bless his huge cotton socks! I had reason to ask him to cut some fabric for me, having become a dab-hand with the rotary cutter I suggested he sat himself at my sewing machine……blow me down, he did!!! So at the Kent show he was the one demonstrating my ‘Pile & Plunder’ technique on stand and while I was busy teaching workshops, I do believe he now has his own fan base!!
Just so you all know…….patterns are now available for the owls and the trees on the hill! (Are we there yet?) Have a look in my shop or email me for details!
