Well it’s been a bit of a busy few weeks!\u00a0 Exeter & Kent shows followed by a couple of talks\/presentations to groups of lovely ladies and a wonderful batch of patchwork & quilting beginners!!\u00a0 You know who you are ladies, Thursday evenings at Artycrafts in Wadebridge!<\/p>\n
It’s been great fun meeting and talking to so many new faces, all (well most have been!) P&Q enthusiasts of many levels!……..helped along by my new assistant, Paul!!\u00a0 Bless his huge cotton socks!\u00a0 I had reason to ask him to cut some fabric for me, having become a dab-hand with the rotary cutter I suggested he sat himself at my sewing machine……blow me down, he did!!!\u00a0 So at the Kent show he was the one demonstrating my ‘Pile & Plunder’ technique on stand and while I was busy teaching workshops, I do believe he now has his own fan base!!<\/p>\n
Just so you all know…….patterns are now available for the owls and the trees on the hill!
